Been shopping there for ten years and had the pleasure of working there for three years. Loved seeing the shop develop and broaden it's range of kit as well as the competitive prices.
Wouldn't buy my Magnums, work socks and bits & pieces from anywhere else.
Nuts to other people's moaning...over 65 years of trading says more than a couple reviews can.
I (a woman) went looking for a few bits but felt very intimidated. I wasn't allowed to use the changing room as I was only try a top on. I have a thick top on so wanted to make sure it fit without this but was told I couldn't. I wasn't comfortable taking my top off in the shop; maybe that's ok for a man but not a woman!
Like another reviewer has mentioned, I purchased a new shirt and when I got home realised it had someone's name written inside. Not really a cheap shop anymore like it used to be and to get 2nd hand stuff palmed off makes it worse. Wont return
Purchased a DPM shirt from here, got home and it has someone else's name written in it and glue where a badge has been removed. This was sold to me as new, not used. Very unhappy and was a fairly long drive to get there. Feel very conned
You're better off going on eBay as everything is so expensive in there now. Also full of wannabe army 'boys' (staff) who look down on you if you don't know what DPM means or the correct style of webbing you are after
Really nice store. People are very friendly and most if all prices are pretty good. They have loads of kit and are always willing to help. Well recommend a visit
FAIR BIT IN THERE BUT BE CAREFUL TO CHECK EVERYTHING AS THEY TRY AND SELL USED ITEMS AS NEW - BIT OF AN ATMOSPHERE IN THERE TOO - WONT GO BACK
Well dear and no idea of customer service Avoid!
